These terms cover use of the public website of NubeAula UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Online contracts for paid hosting or other services are not offered yet.
Scope
This website describes planned Moodle hosting and e-learning services. Any later paid contract will use terms provided before that contract is formed.
Governing law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you habitually reside remain unaffected.
